Almond oil is obtained by cold pressing almond fruits. Native to the Mediterranean region (mainly Italy, Spain and Turkey) it is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids (Omega-6 linoleic acid and Omega-9 oleic acid). It also contains vitamin A, a complex of B vitamins (mainly thiamine, riboflavin, pyridoxine), Vitamin C and vitamin E.
