Witch Hazel is a native plant to North America and Europe.It is obtained by extracting the leaves of the plant in corn oil and tocopherol, and is undoubtedly rich in active ingredients.It consists of unsaturated fatty acids such as oleic (Ω9) and linoleic acid (Ω6), and also contains tannins, vitamin E and flavonoids, which offer multiple benefits to the skin.
It is recommended for its astringent properties (especially in tonic products for the skin and scalp), for its anti-inflammatory action against both burns and sensitive skin, as well as for its antibacterial benefits against acne and irritation.
